2004 Honda VTX 1300 S
This is one of various bikes I have owned. I ride this bike everyday to work and back. I use this bike as my main transportation. I just hate driving a car anymore. I purchased this back new in July of 2004 and thus far have put 36,500 miles on it. So I guess I put 12,000 miles on it in one year. I hate to see a bike sitting still. I ride this VTX all over the place. Been to Knoxville Tn once and South Carolina 3 different times.
I have a Corbin Dual Tour Seat with the Corbin Backrest, HK 3" exhaust, Kury hand grip and highway pegs. I have and still am making for for the long haul when I plan on going to South Dakota. I hate towing a motorcycle. Takes the fun out of owning one. Well Ride Safe and Ride Hard, and Ride to Live.

I agree with you about no towing. One of the main reasons you are happy about riding everywhere is that you are riding a Honda.
Great Story! I own an 04 1800C Model. It has 56,800 miles on it now, I ride it to work three or four times a day , about 100 miles a day total. I made a trip to Mobile Alabama from So Cal last year and it ran flawlessly, has run flawlessly since I bought it. I change the oil and tires and that is about it. It still has the factory battery. I can honestly say that this is the most reliable, strongest performing bike that I have owned. I keep trying to run it into the ground but it refuses to yield. I would reccomend a VTX to anyone considering riding a bike.
