Right. Moscow is a huge city with population almost 20 million. Everyday traffic jams are awfull. Sometimes people in their cars waste about 3-4 hours in jams before getting to their job. And motorcycles are very usefull there.

Doesnt Columbia mostly use
it is the best way to get around in a very croweded city. it is now fashionable.
