I want to participate in the Ride To Work event on July 16, 2008. I have a small Yamaha Vino Classic that is 50cc but classified a motorcycle since it will go over 30 mph (~38).
I live in Bloomington, MN and want to ride to Eagan and about the only way is over a river bridge. Since I cannot ride on interstates by Minn law I am trying to figure out Plan B.
If anyone is the area has ideas or pointers it would be appreciated.
