  This 2019 European study compares the societal costs of different forms of personal mobility. I.E. – Private cars vs. private motorcycles vs. buses, trains, airplanes, etc. The study’s underlying assumptions produce results which are unfavorable to motorcycles. We feel this study’s assumptions (and thus its results) are severely flawed. Unfortunately, studies like this one are what governments rely on to develop social and regulatory policies, which could mean creating restrictions or taxes on motorcycle use.
